Street Fighter 6's roster continues to expand, and as we step into 2026, Capcom is gearing up for the return of a fan-favorite: Alex.
We got a glimpse of his moveset in a teaser trailer earlier this month, and now, Capcom has unveiled a first-look gameplay trailer for the 'Big Apple brawler'.
Get ready to face off against the formidable Dark Devil, Alex, who packs a powerful punch with his devastating throws!
Alex will be available for purchase individually with Fighter Coins, and owners of the Year 3 Character Pass or Ultimate Pass will automatically gain access to him upon release.
Additionally, Capcom offers in-game rentals, allowing players to test-drive a character for an hour before committing to a purchase. This feature provides an opportunity to experience the character's unique abilities and style before making a decision.
Alex will make his official debut on March 17, 2026, joining the already available characters Sagat and C.Viper, with Ingrid set to follow.
